We offer $10 shipping on most items for delivery to NSW, ACT, Queensland and Victoria. *Excludes large and bulky items, like skis, snowboards, and ski bags. For these, pricing will vary based on location and the size and type of the item you’re purchasing. Shipping will be based on postcode and package size and weight, and calculated at checkout.

Not in NSW, ACT, QLD or VIC?

Estimated shipping times

When we get your order, we’ll get it picked and packed the same or next day – and send it on the next business day. As we’re in a regional area, courier pickup times can sometimes result in a delay of 1-3 business days. The timeframes below are estimates only – if you’re on a deadline please call us on +61 2 6456 2900 or e-mail The estimates are from when the parcel is sent and only consider business days. These do not include delays outside our control. For busy periods – like Christmas – please allow extra time.

Taxes & Duties

Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are your responsibility (usually based on the value of your order). Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you do not pick up your order.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number by Australia Post. Please check you junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder. For all other countries please refer to your local carriers. Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.

Postage information

Some orders may require a signature on delivery. If you don't sign for the parcel, a card may be left at the address supplied to say where your parcel may be collected from. In most cases the parcel will be located at your local Australia Post Depot. !! Please note: Postage times can vary depending a number of factors outside our control. Some items may unable to be shipped Internationally due to brand restrictions in Australia.

Missing parcels

If your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to get an answer from Australia Post's Investigation Team. Australia Post timeframes are outside or control, but we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

Made a mistake?

Please double check your shipping details before you confirm your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. If parcels are not collected, or returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded.
